It was midnight and I was craving cookies. I had a shopping list sitting on the table for the "early morning" shopping. Every Choc. Chip or Choc cookie recipe I knew requires brown sugar and we were all OUT!... so I went on a hunt for an "easy" cookie recipe.... I searched and searched and found this! Here it is... just incase one night you crave a cookie... and want an easy way out.. or just want an easy fix for the kids... Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, butter and eggs until smooth and well blended. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Here you will find my journey of life which includes recipes, ideas, stories, crafts, and pretty much anything involved in my life. Please feel free to make these experiences your own & do share what you feel about these with me!
